Owl: *comes home* hey bitch make this into something good. Owl Wife: Cant you ever say please? Owl: WHAT DID YOU SAY BITCH!?! Owl Wife: Nothing... ( And that's how domestic violence started in the animal kingdom ) :3
I had a good, hearty revenge laugh after learning the story. Of course, it's good without knowing, as well, and trying to extract meaning from it. It shouldn't have been on the field while ball was in play. It's almost as if they were anticipating something like that.
But in regards to most of the comments on this thing... while I agree that it is cruel to kill an animal (especially an owl because they are awesome) for no reason, what in the world is wrong with you people? You seriously think someone should be killed for killing an animal? That's more disturbing than what he did, I think...
Whatever Gregory House would say here, I would agree with him. Who the hell came up with the idea of having a bird on the pitch? Some Roberto Carlos should never go play with that team unless he wants to tear some poor owl apart with his 200 km/h strike by accident.
if its not bad enough he hit it with the ball... he had to punt the poor thing too? No excuse can justify what he did. it shouldn't have mattered if it was the mascot or not, he should have bent down, picked it up and escorted it off the field. the story made me sad but im glad to see a little revenge in the name of the poor owl... even if it is only a picture. thanks!
